Instructions
Step 1 – The Override
Apply the broadcast override directly on the CMS collection. This lets the components know what CMS to filter for.
Step 2 – The CMS Card
The text layers used to filter must be added inside the CMS cards. Remember the names of the layers, we will use them in the next step.
They should have "Visibility = Yes" (Even the parent layers). If you'd like to hide them, you can set "Opacity = 0" and "User Select = None"
Step 3 – The Filters and Sort Components
In the "Layer Name" option, make sure to enter the name of the text layer found inside the CMS card.
For Example, the Categories component will have "Layer Name = Category" and the color filter will have "Layer Name = Color" because that's what we named them inside the CMS card.
Step 4 – Preview
If all three steps are correctly configured, the sorting and filtering should work as intended.
Please note the filters and sorts will not work with pagination/loading and all the sorting is done alphabetically.

How it Works
The template consists of five components and an override. The override broadcasts information to the five components and you can change the behavior of the components inside the property controls.
Another crucial step is layer naming. For example, If you have a drop down for colors, you need to name the text layer "colors" and add "colors" into the drop down component's layer input. That way the drop down component understands what layer represents color.
The sorting happens alphabetically. The counting is dynamic so it will respond to the filters and search.
